OrderUp

This UI/UX overhaul was done as part

of a group project for my intro to customer

experience design course. The extent of the

project includes performing user research, then

prototyping and validating to assess efficacy.


Our goal was to improve upon the mobile food ordering

experience at the University of Waterloo. A key part

of this was the mobile app Campus OrderUp, from

which several pain points were identified.


All design and prototyping work was completed by

myself using Figma. Points of emphasis were more

accessible touchpoints and navigation, as well as more

prominent graphics/visuals integrated into the ordering

process.
